I've hired at least a half dozen different plumbers while I've been living in my condo the past 14 years. All were great but I have to say Steve's Plumbing is exceptional from start to finish. The office staff is very prompt in replying to texts, phone calls and scheduling appointments.nnThe plumber that was assigned to us, Kristopher Turner was prompt, professional, very thorough and very detailed oriented in in his work.nI would highly recommend Steve's Plumbing Services to anyone and ask for Kristopher if he's available.

Chase showed up and thoroughly went through my home to find the problem. He used a industrial size snake and camera. He recorded everything to inform and serve me better. Unfortunately, my problem is beyond the scope of one visit. Naturally, I felt very stressed. He assured me that he will communicate with his boss and they will be back in the morning. He was very professional. His recorded information will be reviewed and they will come up with a plan. Saying prayers everything works out today. I cannot stress how professional Chase and Steve's Plumbing have been thus far.nnUpdate: Chase came back with a plan after reviewing the situation with his boss. Immediately went to work to resolve the issues. Success!!!! I am very pleased with Chase and Steve's Plumbing! Don't hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs.nnAsk for Chase!

While I do not intend to talk bad about the services provided here, I would not recommend this company. The technician was thorough and fixed the issue however their business strategy is up selling. They charge you set fees for their services (packages) and not for the work they are doing. I would recommend shopping around and pricing your job before going with any services from anyone.nnWhen the company called and asked if I was happy with their services I told them the same thing and that I would not recommend them to anyone and they promptly hung up and didn't care to ask anymore questions.

I am SO impressed with Cardinal! In an area where it is often impossible to get service people, Cardinal is outstanding. My interactions with them, from start to finish are completely positive. Easy to schedule service. Show up when scheduled. Give you a call when they are on their way. Incredibly courteous, friendly technicians. Very skilled. Reasonable prices. Save yourself a lot of time

Great service from start to finish. The tech that came was extremely professional and down to earth. Felt like we were in good hands. Also a big thing for us was we felt we could trust him. Work was done well and clean. I'm glad we found them. We will definitely turn to Steve's for future work. Thanks guys.
