No customer should need to pay half or anything upfront to proceed with a job. A business wouldint be in business if it wasnt for customers, you are earning every customers trust and business with every call you recieve daily. Be upfront and truthful. If any customer who pays for a service before the job is done or hasnt even started is senseless. 0 ud83cudf1f to this plumbing company and I wouldint recommend to anyone.
I highly recommend Pineapple Plumbing - Kyle was great. He communicated at every step and gave options for our repair, and he made sure to respect our home and toke off his shoes going in and out to his truck. He also cleaned up his work space and put everything back as he found it!
I'm a new customer for this new company but I'm a happy customer! I had a stubborn clogged drain that was causing major issues in my house (my wife can attest to that!) but these guys came and solved the plumbing issue easily. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumbing team in Honolulu.
We woke up to a backed up septic tank and unfortunately our regular plumber wasn't available until Monday morning, but I called this company and they were able to fit us in that morning!! Jesse was professional, calm and cleaned up everything. I feel like I can rely on Jesse now so it looks like I have a new preferred plumbing company!!
A/C died, tech was on time. He worked quickly to get my a/c back up and running probably only took about 30 minutes tops. He was very professional and pricing extremely fair. I will definitely call in the future for my HVAC needs :) Mahalo!
