Burberry

I made a purchase from Kiley last week and he was very helpful! He kept me informed on the process of my purchase and sent me the receipts and tracking information promptly. I received my bag and it is absolutely stunning and was packaged with so much care! Thank you so much!!

The customer service is wonderful. I called ahead and spoke with Miah to find out if they have a certain item in stock and she was so courteous and polite. When I got to the store she immediately knew who I was and had the item ready for me. Unfortunately I had got the wrong size and I was able to come and exchange with no issues. I had shopped at other designer brands at Ala Moana and have not received the amazing customer service that I did at Burberry I will definitely be returning.

I wait to buy Burberry items until I go to Hawaii. The staff here serves as an example of how every luxury brand should treat its patrons. I'm constantly impressed. I have worked primarily with Shyla and Alyssa. They are professional, compassionate, and patient. One time, I spent half a day at the store trying to decide which bag I wanted, and I could tell how much the staff cared about helping me make the right decision. They really put up with my antics as I picked up almost every bag to try on. They're embody the motto of customers first, and I always leave satisfied with my purchases and experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly, who weren’t abnoxius or snobby. Bobby was very nice to us and they all really went above and beyond in terms of making our experience pleasent. Definitely recommend this store to anyone and would come back any day!!!!!!!!!!
