Josh and David were such a great help! First time here in Hawaii and both were so welcoming and recommend lots of great places. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you !!!

A very organized and clean Abercrombie. On my most recent visit to this location (July 21, 2020) I was assisted by two very helpful employees. They were patient as I figured out my correct clothing size, made helpful recommendations, and pointed out ongoing promotions in a non-pushy way. I also appreciate that they encouraged hand sanitizing.

Had a great experience, I came in looking for shorts because I lost mine in a kayaking mishap. The associate who helped me (I didn’t get her name, but she was so great) was humorous and helped me find what I needed and helped me find a price match online when the shorts turned out not to be a part of a larger promotion. Thanks guys for saving my vacation wardrobe!

I give it a NEGATIVE. Worst customer service ever. The manager working on the night of 7/9/18 was extremely rude. I had called 1 day ahead for a shoe to be put on hold and confirmed over call that I was going to pick it up 7/9. Then, I call the DAY I WAS GOING TO PICK UP and they confirmed with me and said it would be on hold when I arrive. I arrive and they sold it? I drove all the way from Makaha and they SOLD IT. Manager gave me extreme disrespect when I expressed myself being so upset that I drove and wasted money and time to pick up shoes. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO DO SUCH A EASY JOB. Thanks to you manager. You will NEVER receive my service again! No wonder this company is going down the drain.
