BEST LAUNDROMAT ON THE EAST SIDEnOpen 24 hours, which is unheard of anywhere else. The facility is always tidy, the pricing is excellent, and the customer service is incredible as long as you’re willing to communicate with the staff. I had a machine experience an error that lost me some money, I wrote a note, slid it under the door. I heard back from them THE NEXT DAY. The error was corrected and they were just so kind about it.

So many machines are down. The same ones, week after week if not more.nNo one to monitor the ppl who leave their clothes in the machines, while we all want to use them. And no one to help with the machine to load the card either, to be able to use the machines............nAND THEY ARE NOT 24 HOURS !

No longer open 24 hours, which is fine. But hardly ever open on time. Would also be nice if there was a notice up to let us know they weren't planning on opening.

I used to go here all the time. The quality of service was good but in the past year the majority of all the washing machines and dryers are out of service, card read kiosk is either a hit or miss and cleaning looks not up kept. Please make it better. Thank you.

Aside from the extras from the walking dead that frequent the place late at night it is a nice quiet peaceful place to launder your clothes
