Sheraton Waikiki

It’s got potential. But service is a few staff members behind. Also, rooms small for the great view they do provide. Pool service changed on April 10, no response needed in 2021 now. That is big.nnBeach is 20 seconds to the left. Awesome.nnWind is real. Might be function of building and how wind dynamics work.

Everything about the Sheraton was very nice and eloquent. The room was very nice, had. A great view, and had many amenities. The pool is a good size with very nice features. The gym is very nice and was had more than I needed. This all makes me give this hotel 5 stars, but. Few thing that makes me question my rating, are the beach and the location. The beach is nice, but is extremely crowded. I came here during spring break, which definitely didn’t help, but there was basically no where to sit. The location was also a bit off putting. It was a horrible location from the beach, but getting there was kind of odd, especially walking. It’s tucked in between a mall area a courtyard. This makes driving her very hard with so many people walking around. Despite this though the Sheraton itself is an amazing hotel with great service, amenities, and atmosphere.

Rooms were clean and spacious with one king and one double bed.nnFront desk service was great with super easy checkout.nnTerrible experience with defective door lock. Four different people looked at lock in four hours with four different sets of keys. Two cane to the conclusion maintenance needs to repair the lock. Finally someone decided we had to move in 5 minutes.nnBoth rooms had 3 bath towels and we had 4 people. I asked staff who let us in the room if I needed to call the front desk for a fourth towel. Staff member told me he would let someone know to deliver one. It was never delivered.nnIn conclusion, back end staff needs better training.

Stayed here for a couple of months and regardless of lower occupancy, it was more than a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The staff was super accommodating and room was always clean. Views are spectacular facing the ocean or diamond head Crater with Waikiki ⛱Beach. The Infinity Pool is quite remarkable and you will never find a better sunset with a green flash wading in the pool looking out over the ocean! The pool staff, Rum Fire bartenders are good folks. You can't find a hotel with better views. See attached pics!

In my opinion it is one of the best hotels in Waikiki.nLots of amenities!nSpectacular view!nClean rooms and friendly staff!nMake sure to make a pool reservation every morning at 8:30!nWe even extended our vacation for a one night!nThe best vacation ever!nWe will be back;)
