This is Steve Imhoff. The manager Janet helped us. She was EXTREMELY helpful. She walked us through all of the problems we encountered. Pam has been a realtor for over 30 years and would have paid her handsomely to help her clients. Pam has never had anyone help her (while frustrated) with absolutely no hint of dismay or meet us on her day off because her computer wouldn't open a program to pay. I hope she gets paid what she is worth, or paid more, because she is a gem. Just moved in will let you know about the rest later.

The location is good and for the most part this was a reasonable living option.nThe apartment had bad cabinets, sinks (chipped), electrical switches that did not work, bending areas in blinds, a dirty toilet, and a patio with paint chips that created more debris inside the home (& etc.). Granted after 4 attempted repairs, a dryer from another unit was placed into apartment. Yet, we can look beyond that, but this comment needs the reader to understand the baseline of findings on move-in.nI brought in so many rugs that the underlying carpet could not really be seen. Management complained that the apartment was not as pristine as wanted (not sure what that actually meant). However, this was the second downsize from a 5 bedroom home into a 2 bedroom apartment (this one does not have any storage). So maybe management wanted me to get rid of more things.nOn move-out, an earlier time was provided (no refunds on early leave). The entire apartment was cleaned better than move-in finding and no damage was added to existing conditions. In fact the new carpet cleaner was used to clean apartment twice; once midway when most things were gone & last when all was gone.nManagement did the right thing by maintaining the law to refund within (21 days, I believe). However, my move-out charges included $50 for one blind; $75 for carpet cleaning. I actually do not agree with those charges, but right now things seem too distracting for anything else. On the other hand, perhaps tenants do expect this type of response?nI'd recommend this place but tenants must be extra STICKY about identifying problems (bring a corded electric item to check things). Please be vigilant with your findings here (if that would help).

I applied over two weeks ago, and since then have found another apartment. I have tried to get the application fee refunded ($56), but they have been unresponsive to messages and emails.nIf this is how they treat potential resudents, stay away
