Ron Watts performed a general service call to check all pipe hook ups and water quality, as well as drain my hot water tank. He was very thorough and communicated results as well as educated me on why he was checking certain things. Having this quarterly service helps me feel much safer in my home. I know if there is a future issue, it will be corrected quickly and professionally. In the meantime, I'm enjoying my safe home. Thank you Harts for the peace of mind!

They kept me posted a couple of times through the day and kept me informed as to when one of their guys was going to be freed up to work at my house.
