Mike did an excellent job helping us sell our home! He navigated us through one difficult offer that didn’t pan out. But, ultimately brought to us an excellent buyer and it was smooth sailing on our part, from there on out. He and his team did an excellent job making us feel valued.

Mike Renard was the agent who helped me sell my first home and build my second. Truthfully I felt so over my head trying to research the process and terminology on my own; that was until we interviewed Mike. We had two other interviews set for the next day, and cancelled them both when we met him. He was so professional and honest he made us feel like we’d known him for years. The process was seamless even in this crazy market. He has went above and beyond from the day we started the process and even after everything was signed. He is the only agent I will ever is again, and the only one I will recommend.

Mike and Crystal are a phenomenal team! Mike has helped me sell my home, buy a new house with my boyfriend, sell my boyfriend’s late father’s home, help my boyfriend’s little sister buy her first home and will help with the selling of our current condo. We will NEVER stray from Mike and his team and I will always recommend him to EVERYONE and anyone I know! We bought our house just about two years ago from Mike & his team. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Mike answered every single question we had, showed us multiple houses, worked around our crazy schedule, & still continues to answer any questions we have. When you work with Mike you can tell this is what he was made for. He puts people first & won’t just sell you a house to make a profit. He truly cares about making a difference & making sure that you get a good QUALITY home. We’ll never use anyone else!!!!
