Very helpful staff. I love having a card for paying to wash, dry, purchase products and use the bathroom. It is so new! All new washers and dryers. They have the high capacity that can fit up to 8 basket loads of laundry for about $10. Regular are full size washers that fit 3 loads and are about $6. The dryers are large and its $.55 per 12 mins. They dry very quickly. There is always an attendant and she was very helpful to me and others. Plus free wifi!
Tried for a second time . The machines don't even fill properly with water I've placed baskets that a not even 2 loads into the 4 load washer and and extra rinse time and heavy soil and the only water you see is occasional spritz from the top . I'll go back to the laundromat I used to go to. This place is way over priced and I wouldn't be surprised if they purposely have the machines filling with low amounts of water
I have been in multiple times and one of your employees is very very rude, all’s this person does is sit and talk loudly on her phone, she talks about customers and other employees. She uses foul language, pays no attention while she’s on her phone with her ear buds in. When asked if she could help she will act like it’s no big deal deal, and turn around and tell whoever she’s on the phone with how annoying people who can’t take help when it’s offered in the start. I don’t know her name but last time I was in she was wearing a tannish hat with a green bill.nOther than that this place is amazing fast washers and dryers.nJust wish this one employee would pay more attention to customers and not the person on the other end of the phone. And not get an attitude after being asked to help.
The owner was very friendly and helped us get registered. Super fast machines. We were in and out!
Show up at 8:20 am, Google and there signage on door both say open at 8am. Number goes straight to voice mail. Per reviews this is a nornal thing not good for a new business.
