Amazing! I called inquiring about a water heater repair and felt he thoroughly explained my options. He even offered to come by just to take a look. I decided to purchase a new one and have it installed, and a plumber showed up within the hour. He was really friendly; installed the new heater and hauled the old one away. I'm so happy my family won't have to start our morning with cold showers. Thanks for showing up on such short notice!!

called Joes Plumbing this morning because of a slow/clogged drain in my tenant's kitchen sink. I am so impressed with the response and professionalism I received. The plumbers came within 30 minutes of my phone call and determined that the clog was in the drainpipe under the concrete slab of my basement. They bid the job and told me exactly what they were planning to do. They were able to insert their heavy duty 40 foot electric snake into the clean-out pipe to reach and remove a root ball that had formed in the pipe which leads into my septic tank. The price quoted was very reasonable and much less than I would have paid someone who did not have the knowledge to immediately determine the problem and had the necessary equipment on their truck ready to take care of it. They set aside two hours for the job and finished within that time. At my request, they also looked at my water heaternand leaky faucet and gave me written bids for both items, when i am ready to have the work done. I highly recommend Joes plumbing. Thank you guys

We had some major sewer line issues and needed a plumber who could do some hydro jetting and pipe replacement work. After looking online we came across Joe's plumbing and heating and were able to schedule technician to fix all of our plumbing issues. The plumbers that came from Jose were super professional and did an excellent job!

Wow! Just had Joes Plumbing and Heating over to my house near Seattle to help with my leaking water heater and toilet. They were extremely responsive to my plumbing needs. They even gave me other options and so far we are very pleased with them :)

highly recommend Joes Plumbing and Heating. Our home has a hydronic heating system. The issue we were having was complicated and difficult to diagnose. After the first visit by the technicians (Mick and Steve) did not resolve the problem, they came out twice more for no charge. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous always.
