I would recommend this place 100%. From the front office to the technicians, every member of this organization is polite, courteous, professional and very knowledgable about the services they provide. While sometimes things might not as expected, they seek to understand and work to resolve your issues.
The service tech was a joy to deal with and explained things in terms I understood. The dispatcher was extremely communicative and kept me posted each step of the way when the first tech was delayed. They sent a second tech to keep me from waiting. Very pleased with Graybeals All Service. Thanks.
I called about our heater not working correctly and Diana helped us with it over the phone so that we were able to discover what was wrong (the filter had been sucked out of place and was pinned by the airflow) and fix it by ourselves. Diana was such a tremendous help and so kind and I am fervently grateful that she was willing to help us determine the cause even though they did not make any income from our issue. We will absolutely use Graybeal's in the future!
Graybeals did a great job taking care of the appliance issues I was having with my washer. They had to order a part which I expected, and as soon as it came in, they called and scheduled a time to come out to fix it. Everything went smooth, and everyone at Graybeals was very friendly and informative.
