The ladies in this place are very sweet and accommodating and the pricing is extremely fair!
I’ve tried to give Off The Cuff my business twice now. The first time I waited 20 minutes past their posted opening hours and no one showed up to open the doors. Today I went in mid-afternoon and there were piles of newly dropped clothes scattered around the room and I was told to count out my shirts on a bench while she waited on another client and complained about how busy it was the Monday after Thanksgiving. No thank you! I walked out as pictured my clothes lost in the mess. I now frankly do not trust this establishment as they appear very unprofessional.
I took a brand new Talbots sweater to Off the Cuff Dry Cleaners for dry cleaning. I picked up the sweater and didn't notice that it was missing the zipper mechanism until I returned home. I have called and left two voice messages for the business and have received no response. Good customer service would be to bring something like this to the customer's attention when the product was picked up. Didn't happen. There WAS a note on the receipt that said it was received without the zipper mechanism. Simply NOT true. I will not use this business again and I suggest that you not use them either.
The ladies at Off The Cuff saved me from a bridesmaids dress disaster when a zipper broke just days before the event! They were so courteous and helpful - AND did an amazing job!!
