I was charged an unauthorized cleanup charge for excessive mud. I NEVER WORE MY SHOES IN THE ROOM! Perhaps if the outside of the hotel wasn't such a muddy pigsty, no dirt would find its way into the room. There are much nicer hotels in Forsyth. I would rather deal with more honest people.
Old facility that has been updated reasonably. Clean throughout. Beds WAY to soft; always a back ache in the morning. No breakfast and no in-room coffee. Pets are allowed but $10 charge per pet no matter the size ( I have a Yorkie), per night. Overall cost with pet $81/ night which is very high considering the facility and amenities.
The owners are very nice people and they treated us great. I have been staying there for years. In my eyes they get 10 stars.
