Don't put cash in the Dropbox, they will steal it and accuse you of lying. Horrible customer service and shady business practices, hands down the worst electric service around.

Worst electric company you could ever have.. their dispatch can't even tell you what the problem is.. there is no communication within the conpany.. just robots saying what they are told to say.. I have no heat and no running water in my house right now and this happens at least 2 times a winter. Last winter it was for 4 days I was with out power

10 years later their customer service is still horrible, and they consistently get it wrong and tack the customer with irreversible fees. Great motivation to go off the grid.

For awhile I was pretty grateful to have this coop here, but unfortunately they had a terrible time keeping the power on this winter. Since we have no alternative as customers, this is probably a waste of keystrokes, but it's only fair to point out that reliability has suffered. A few winter nights were spent sitting in the car to stay warm, and it wasn't even due to severe weather. I've never lived anywhere with so many untimely outages.
