This is my first time using Terry Winkle and Chandy, and my wife’s second. We were more than a little nervous trying to sell and build a home in the middle of a pandemic. I was concerned about the economy and how the market would change in the time we spent building. Terry helped keep us both calm through the entire process, and made us feel comfortable with all the big decisions we had to make. Selling, buying and moving a household is stressful enough, but doing it from another state...INSANE!nnMy spouse and I just relocated from Southern California to the Twin Falls area, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent than Bonnie! Our home in SoCal sold in two days and we had to scramble to find a new home. Out of all the the real estate agents that we reached out to in the Twin Falls area only Bonnie from My Home Finder Team got back to us in a timely fashion!nnAfter making a deposit on a new construction home in Twin Falls, Bonnie was our eyes and ears and go between for us and the builder! It was very nerve racking for my wife during the final stages, because picture updates are not the same as actually being there in person. Colors, design layout look so different in photos. Bonnie would physically go out to the house and check out the situation for my wife and then belay my wife's angst.nnOur take procession date was pushed out twice, and unfortunately for Bonnie she was the bearer of the bad news twice to us. However, she handled it quite deftly, and that this a hard thing for anyone put in the situation to do!nnBecause of the take possession date had change, our help that was going to help us unload and unpack in Twin Falls would no longer be available. Bonnie told us that she knew some people and could arrange help for us.n(We took her up on her offer, and they worked out great!)nnWe couldn't have asked for better experience! Oh, I almost forgot, Bonnie told us on the title signing day, that as our realtor her duties are now over, however, feel free to contact her for anything in regards to Twin Falls, and that she would gladly give us input about things, places or people of Twin falls! It is daunting to have to start over in a new state and city, and make new contacts for everything, and it was really nice that she offered her help to us in this regard! We found an unlisted home and Terry executed and followed thru to closing all necessary paperwork. Well worth the money. Terry listed our home and followed thru from beginning to end. It was 30 days from offer on purchase to closing on both homes. Terry and his team were in close contact with us on both transactions and as hectic as it was we were always in the loop.
