I would not recommend this realtor. she does not have your best interest at hand. She was supposed to be my eyes and ears while I was out of state. she told me it was move-in ready which it wasn’t had to spend thousands of dollars to fix leaky roof,damage drywall , rat infested carpet and much more. She will say anything just to sell a house and get her commission. When I asked her and her company to make it right ,they basically told me tough luck .I would not recommend this realtor to anybody. Do your research and find somebody that has lots of good reviews.
