This was by far the worst experience I have ever had!!! I could start with the fact that the buyer and seller had the same agents??? Pretty sure a no no.....let the seller dictate everything until we put our foot down and he walked, did I mention in that process I signed the agreement for their representation but they never actually listed the house.Guess they figured 5 minutes of work entitled them to a fat commission. When I finally got angry is when a for sale sign came out (over a month and a half after we signed them)!!! My suggestion do not give them a second glance!!!

Nan and Cindy were great to work with. We were not only first time home buyers but we also closed on the home remotely since we are relocating from the Midwest. They made the process easy and were there every step of the way. They made sure we found the perfect house and were very knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a home in the Twin Falls area.

We have had the most awful experience working with them. They are dishonest and I guess it takes 3 people to get back in contact with our agent to give us some answers. They basically called us liars when we were given an offer by the builder via email and they did not honor/stand by that offer. Will never do business with Berkshire again, especially with The Collins Connections group. Their customer service is beyond poor.

Nan and Cindy are exceptional! They find out what you are looking for (the specifics), then they do the research and only show you what you might be interested in (instead of wasting your time just looking at all the homes in your price range).nWe had a contract on our home with a closing date fast approaching. We found a new home under construction but unfortunately we found the contractor not to be very honest or credible. After the 1st closing date was missed, things started falling apart and the contract was canceled. This left us without a home and in a motel. Nan and Cindy were extremely concerned and sincere in helping us find a place to live and worked hard to accommodate us. They went way beyond their responsibility to make us happy. We ended up finding and will be buying another home with Nan! These two ladies are the best!!!
