I can't speak highly enough of Kevin at Gem State Realty! He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find the right home for us. He was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had and he helped us understand everything along the way so that we felt comfortable with the process. He's a very honest individual and good at what he does. We knew he had our back when it came to negotiations. Additionally, by utilizing his professional connections and knowledge of the industry, Kevin made things happen for us even in such a tight market and we are very happy with our new home!

Barbra was very good through the whole process, often going above and beyond to make sure that our house got sold. She navigated all of the paper work for us, handled delays from the renter and property manager professionally, and even drove the closing papers up to us so my elderly parents didn't have to travel far to get them signed. She did a great job and we would recommend her to anyone else trying to sell their home.
