I am certain that without her we wouldn't have made it through the process.nnWhen financing fell through she recommend a better option. She was with us at every step. She made sure we got the best deal possible. Tamie knows everyone to get things done. Listing agent (Cynthia Collins) with Berkshire Hathaway was a complete nightmare to work with. It wasn't until we where financially invested, the agent became sketchy and manipulative. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and if you do happen to work with her. I highly recommend getting everything in writing (thoroughly review the wording). At which point I would then recommend having it added into the contract. Not impressed with the experience at all, I will never work with this agent again.
