I recently purchased two properties that were listed by one of their agents (and builder), Anthony Fitzgerald.nAnthony made several attempts to cancel my purchase contract once he found another offer that was greater than mine. I spent countless days trying to renegotiate after my home sale fell through.nAnthony made verbal commitments that he was unwilling to keep and even went so far as to talk to vendors behind my back to ensure they don't provide me pricing that was more affordable than the options he was giving me.nI learned, over the course of two months, to never trust a word he said and to double check all the work he did. Most of the workmanship was shoddy, in my opinion, and the overall process was the worst nightmare I could ever imagine.nIf you see Anthony Fitzgerald's name associated with the build or sale of a property, please contact me for more information.
