Our property manager was always rude. They let us go without heat in the middle of winter for a month, it got below 40° in our house. We paid online one month and something went wrong on their end where it showed we didn't pay, and they gave us an eviction notice without even giving us a warning. They raised our rent by 200$ and gave us the 30 day notice if we couldn't pay. Many other little things occured and I would not reccomend this company to anyone even if they were desperate.

Shady group charging for late fees that I caught up and paid was ahead on my rent. On top of I was at place over a year and was on month to month they refuse to give me back my deposit.

HUGE RAVE-we rented from canyonside properties for the last year. We've had some bad experiences with previous landlords but these guys have been top notch. We've never had any problems with them at all. We cleaned everything and out of our deposit they only charged us for cleaning the carpets. We got the rest of the deposit back and it's only been a couple weeks since we moved out. They even sent the invoice for the carpets so we could see that's all they charged. We have never rented from honest people before. Great job canyonside. Hopefully we are never in the market to rent again but if we are we would definitely go through them!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They'll be honest about the market and that fit my situation. Thank you canyonside!
