I unfortunately left my last place of rent after 8 years. Now mind you my lease was month to month they could have kicked me out at any time and I could have left at any time. They are telling this company that we were nasty and your service animals caused damage. I tried to tell her they need to show her proof before she takes their word for it,because anybody can lie about anybody. Instead she tells me she doesn't have time for that and she has to believe what they tell her. Working with her would just be here say on anything that happens or I what would need. Very unprofessional and just takes lies instead of the person that needs the home.

Horrible company they had rewired the bathroom light on the outside of the wall with wire nuts. When I said something about it and me having three children. Her response - your kids shouldn’t be climbing on the counters. And what shall we do when cleaning around that area? Her response fine. As well as I had to pay a deposit even though there was black mold in every window. Now she’s trying to keep my deposit stating I left in a disaster. Thank god I took pictures before and after. I’ll be seeing her in court

The company has managed my Mothers' house for 5 years. The tennant informed them they were moving and The Management Company conducted the cleaning, maintenance, renter application verifications, and had a renter in without missing a beat. I highly recommend them to manage your property in Twin Falls, ID.

We rented for 4 years with them. The owner lost our payments many times, but we always has receipts. When her matainence guy did show to repair he would cause more damage. We took pics everytime. Before, during and after. We stayed there mainly saving for a house to buy. She tried to keep our deposit. We had plenty of proof that she was a slum lord and she paid up immediately. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Been an extremely positive situation and its going on 3 years. Pleasant and easy to deal with should a situation come up, Won’t be taken advantage of for sure! You get what you give. If I need repairs it happens within 24 hrs most likely within 1/2 day. Keep your place clean and respectful and pay your rent and you have absolutely ZERO to worry about with these people. I give them 5 stars for surenMichele B
