Put offer in on a home that this agency was listing. Clay was the agent. He didn't even acknowledge our offer until two hours before the expiration. We pulled the offer after the time expired simply because dealing with this agency was going to prove to be a nightmare. It was a complete lack of professionalism. I feel sorry for the sellers that they have this agent representing them. He does not have their best interest in mind.
