I’m not sure if I would spell the officer’s name correctly, (Officer O’Copney) but I just wanted to say, thank you from my heart. Thank you for being so incredibly kind and understanding. Thanks for all you do. You have some amazing positive vibes going on. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation towards you. So thank you.

I would just like to say how amazing Officer Christopher Rix is. I have moved out of state, and there was an issue going on that I was not aware of regarding an apartment I was renting in Idaho Falls. He went out of his way to contact me and when I got back to him he wasn’t even on duty. But yet still took the time to speak with me and help me resolve the situation. He was very easy to speak to, understanding, and took care of the issue right away. I was amazed at how nice he was. He helped me take care of a very sensitive situation quickly. There needs to be more officers like him! Thank you.

I called several weeks ago regarding a hugh pothole that was located so far toward the middle of the road I wasn't able to dodge a hugh pothole. I sustained a ruined front tire and wanted to report it to the city of Idaho Falls .Through a miscommunication I was dispatched to an officer Moeller sic.? who called me right away By the time he arrived I was up the street from the accident at commercial tires getting my shredded tire replaced ..He approached and I noticed his name badge. I felt badly that I had used up valuable time of this very respectful officer on what I thought was a city issue. He stated he would check it out.nnMnnM

Thank you for your patrolling Highland Park area recently to reduce crime, it's truely appreciated! And for the quick response last night when I was frightened & panicked! Thanks IFPD, keep up the good work! Also was fantastic at returning my daughter's lost wallet this week!

I was just thinking about a few years back a police officer found my stolen bike on a Sunday in the cold within an hour of my call. I consider that a 5 star
