We are an active duty military family serving in another state, so when my tenant called to say the water was not working in our home, I reached out to Jewel ( honestly, solely based on the Jewel song in commercials, that is stuck in my head since childhood, was my reason to reach out to Jewel)nCody was the plumber that was sent out to our home. I spoke with Cody on the phone, and he was professional, kind and knowledgeable about what may be happening with concern. I felt comfortable with him in all aspects. He was informative, timely, and respectful . The following day when the city came to fix, what we found was a frozen pipe on their end, chandler came to ensure all was taken care of on my end of the issue. He was amazing, and so professional. He made sure everything was taken care of with precision, and ease. I felt good knowing he had done everything to fix the concern!!!!! Every single person that I spoke to at Jewel offered exceptional service, Y’all are amazing! Thank you for great service!

Eric was awesome! He called ahead like promised and he efficiently performed the repair. Charged a fair price and even checked out some other things for me. It’s hard to find people you can trust to work in your home. I trust First Call Jewel. You won’t be mad you did!!

Devin was very helpful he explained every step and procedure thoroughly, gave me options and feedback to my questions. Went above and beyond to resolve our fix. I initially used First Call Jewel for a Generac generator installation, they were professional and it was installed with great quality. I also had them come out to install water lines into a bathroom, which they also completed professionally. They are priced competitively with other professional companies, and you get what you pay for if you use somebody who is not licensed or have questionable quality/skills and knowledge. Their professional work is worth the peace of mind and they stand by their work via their warranty In a rare instance where you may may need them to come back out. Their technicians that have come out have been polite, professional, and know their business. I highly recommend First Call Jewel if you want things done right!

We discovered a serious leak in one of the pipes leading to our hot water heater at 10:30 p.m. on Friday, the evening before my father's funeral. The leak was serious enough that we had to turn off the water for the house, and when we called First Call Jewel on Saturday morning, I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to come out during their closed weekend hours. They responded immediately though, and worked around our schedule for the viewing and service, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg to come out. I was very impressed with their workmanship, and with their professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely use them again, and am grateful that they made a very difficult day a little easier.
