We needed my husband’s suit cleaned in preparation for a funeral. I called Wednesday and told them the funeral was Monday. They had it ready Thursday “to make our day a little better”. Best price I found in town and excellent service. My husband’s suit looks brand new!

So glad we started using this dry cleaner a few months ago! They were recommended to us by an employee at Ferrell’s when we were suit shopping. The service has been great. They’ve worked with us when we were on a tight deadline, and the person at the counter communicates very professionally every time we come in to drop off or pick up. Highly recommended - we now tell everyone this is the dry cleaner to go to for excellent service (and very reasonable prices).

Do NOT go here. Especially do NOT trust them with your wedding gown. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude to me and made me feel like I was crazy when I asked if the dress I dropped off a week prior was there even if it’s not done yet... she said I must not have brought it in when I DID and she just misplaced it. I was crying and on top of that she RUINED the gown. Somehow the beading got ripped off in the wash. They make you sign before washing your gown for a reason. They will ruin it and you be able to do a thing about it. Such cold service, so inconsiderate. Don’t trust them.

My wife and I had a great experience with imperial cleaners. They are a friendly staff and the manager does really well to run the business. We had one issue while coming here, my wife dropped off our stuff and gave clear direction as to how she wanted it done but we were charged, by mistake, the the highest service. We called the next day after getting our stuff back, which came in a timely manner, and I talked to the manager directly. Expressed what had happened in a kind manner and she delivered the same response back and gave us a refund of the difference accordingly. If we need dry cleaning done again we will more than likely come back here.
