I’ve been a customer way back in the day when Klim was just getting a foot hold in the snowmobile market. Since then, it gets harder and harder for me to justify spending money with them. Not only has quality gone down over the years but the service has gone down too, yet prices continually go up and up. After waiting 8 months for an item to be off back order and continued maximum effort on my end to follow up, I’m now told it will be another 2 months before the item is “possibly” available. What’s even worse is, I’m not the only one in the same boat. How does a company stay open with these kinds of issues? As much as I enjoy staying brand loyal, I think it’s time that someone else gets my money and support.

I’ve been a customer of Klim for along time I own thousands of dollars in riding gear. And to be treated the way I was with Allie the Manager I will never buy Klim gear again. Complete Ruddiness just getting a Since that coustomers service dose not exist in this company. Not only has quality gone down over the years but the coustomer service has gone down too, yet prices continually go up and up. After waiting 1 months for an item to be off back order and continued maximum effort on my end to follow up, I’m now told it will be another 2 months before the item is “possibly” available. What’s even worse is, I’m not the only one in the same boat. How does a company stay open with these kinds of issues? How can you send return auth but tell me you not set up for returns after they lost my package.

Great showroom and the staff is amazing. Britney was the best, and in each of our three visits she was polite and patient and even helped us resolve a return problem that had reached an impasse. She knows the details of all of the differed pieces of gear and helped us find what worked best. Attention klim management..she deserves a raise!
