Staff: The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no doubt they are there to take care of all your needs.nShuttle: We got in late so the shuttle was delayed but it is not a short ride since the hotel is on the other side of townnClean: The room was very clean and organized nicely. Towels were fresh and sheets made properly.nAmenities: I did not use any of the amenities since they were closed due to COVIDnWould I return?: I would! Overall I was very happy with my stay and the attentiveness of the staff to make my stay comfortable.
Horrible Service!!!! We had a reservation. After 17 hours of travel, we were ready for some sleep. Upon arrival we were told we could not check in because the credit card machine was not working. We offered to give them our card #, or to keep our card overnight. How about good old fashioned TRUST that we would stop down in the morning before we left to settle up? None of the above. We simply could not stay. Do you think they could have offered to make a phone call to another hotel to help us find a room? NO. We will not be back to stay or encourage anyone else to for that matter. Unbelievable.
Nice room, great bedding, convenient location. Subway and a diner in easy walking distance. Short drive to either hospital. Airport shuttle available. Pool, spa, and free breakfast. Free wifi. Staff were helpful and polite.
We were there for 3 days. Never even asked if we needed anything like take out the trash, fresh towels or coffee for the keurig! I realize with covid they not wanting to come in to the room. Ignoring the guests completely is totally unacceptable!
The staff was very friendly, Dan made us us feel comfortable right away. The room was very nice and clean. Also the pool is a great size, the family had a wonderful stay!
