We had stayed at the Hampton inn in Boise the night before and were so impressed with it we decided we would stay at it again in Idaho Falls. Yikes, what a disappointment. I wasn't bad, but it was old and felt run down. While I was waiting to check in another guest was asking why there room had not been cleaned while they were out. The girl (manager) apologized got them some clean towels and said they would make sure it was taken care of the next day. But after he was gone she was speaking to her coworker and was rather indignant that the person had not requested the room be cleaned. Which is apparently what they are suppose to do if you are staying more than one night and want your room cleaned. That was when I commented that maybe she should have told him that, because I personally had never heard of such a policy. She then said she was surprised that I was unaware, but because of covid that was now the policy. I said I can understand that but you should tell people that because I had been in the road for a week and was never told that at any of the places I had stayed. She agreed that was a possibility. So all and all not the best experience on my trip, but she was young and was helpful so hopefully took that to heart.nThe location is good, not far from the falls. So you know, 3 stars.

Very clean. Enough towels. Pool is open. Spacious room. Bathroom is a bit cramped. Bed sheets and pillows very soft and was very easy to sleep that night. One of the best hotels I stayed in.

I've stayed at 3 or 4 different hotels in this price range in Idaho Falls and by far this is the best, great rooms, helpful staff. Very courteous. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Clean rooms that appeared well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. They seem to be coming well with the pandemic. The location is excellent, with easy access to the recommended riverside walking path. Ask the staff for directions. They also have free loaner bikes to use on the path. Free breakfast. During the pandemic, drop your breakfast order off at the front desk by midnight and schedule what time to pick it up. Expect to wait for your breakfast. Our hot items were pretty cold, but we used the microwave in our room to reheat. Parking is a little limited. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Kid friendly.

Booking over the phone was a bit of a challenge because there was a wait and the call was lost when I finally got through to someone and was then put on hold - but for the price and the quality, this hotel beats a lot of others. It was clean, comfy beds, a/c worked, has a mini fridge and microwave, and provided breakfast even during these Covid times. Service wise, the front desk people were okay. I definitely recommend this location. It is about two hours away from Yellowstone and has lots of restaurants around like Apple Bee’s, Culver’s, Carl’s Jr. and more.
