Room is nice. Bed was too firm for us. Pillows look great until you use them and they go flat. Breakfast is pretty good. Service is great. Parking sucks so bad. I would advise you not stay here if you have to drive there.
Rachelle the front desk clerk was amazing and so was the General Manager. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see. I will recommend my family and friends to stay here.
This hotel was gorgeous!! Our room was amazing, the staff was very kind, cheerful, and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast they served in the morning was an amazing and very delicious surprise. Thanks for the great accommodation!
I would recommend it. The room was very clean, the beds / pillows were soft and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The only downsides were the shower head being caked with minerals. I got it off with some effort, but it makes me concerned for the shower heads in every other room. Also, we left some things in the pool area like a shirt and face mask that apparently were thrown away. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. I understand the social distancing transition, but the biscuits and gray had cream of mushroom soup instead of gravy. I'd still be happy to stay again in the future though.
I travel to IF weekly and this hotel is my go to. The rooms are all spacious and modern suites and the cleanliness level of the entire property is consistently high. Any small issues I’ve had have been immediately addressed by the friendly staff. The location is next to the river and easily accessible from I-15. They also tend to be much less $ than the Residence Inn next door. I also love that each room has streaming services available on the in room TV’s.
