New Image Car Wash and Detailing

They spray down your car before it goes through to make sure all the main dirt is off. We went through the wash once and noticed we still had something down the side that was hard to get off. The guy let us come back through and scrubbed it off and put us back through the wash free of charge! They were very friendly and the vacuums worked great! Would recommend to friends.

Very nice job on my vehicle, for a great price. I was very happy with the quality. Just needs some more customer service personnel.

I was initially pleased with the detailing work done on my vehicle, so I signed up for a monthly subscription for the car wash. I used it one time, and it was a joke. The drive-through car wash is really old and it does not do a very good job by itself. They must have put a lot of manual labor into the detailing.nnI canceled my monthly subscription, I was not charged the month I canceled, but was charged the following two months! We have tried calling on a couple occasions to cancel, but management has not been able to meet us or has not returned our calls, and so far, we have not received money back. I will edit this review if things change.

The washing service seemed rushed and was not thorough. They were friendly with good refreshments.
