This place is amazing and they have great customer service!!! Recently, I was shafted by another place here in town, and when I called Element Heating it was a night and day difference! I spoke with Savanah on the phone and it was nice to talk to somebody who actually cares! She quickly sent a technician out to my office! He was able to get my heat back up and running and I couldn’t be any happier! I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you!!!

Had a weird smell coming from my propane furnace. Savannah sent a tech out ASAP to ensure me and my kids could get safe and warm heat before the end of the day, even reaching out to techs in twin. Jose arrived as scheduled and quickly identified and remedied the odor (it was a bit of plastic debris)and cleaned out the furnace while checking for gas leaks. Charged exactly the service rate I was quoted and Savannah stayed in great contact with me throughout the experience to keep me informed of a tech arrival. All in all, I got served within a few hours of calling and I will recommend Element Heating and Cooling to everyone I know. Their service is top notch and super friendly and prices fair!!! As the Facility Manager at Impact Athletic, I work a lot with Element Heating. We have several HVAC units, heaters, and thermostats throughout our facility, and Element Heating provides our preventative care and repair. When I make a call, the response time is quick and all the servicemen are friendly and professional. One of my favorite things they do is Derek follows up with a call after a large project. I appreciate how their hard work, professionalism, and care eases the frustrations that can be inherent in keeping the Club's temperature comfortable.

We called Element Heating because we needed a whole house humidifier added to our furnace. The guys came that same day and gave us a quote with several different options.
