We loved working with Travis from Elite!! He was always prompt, professional, and did amazing work. We had a flood in our laundry room, and he not only fixed that room, but went above and beyond to help us fix other existing issues in other areas of our home. He answered every question we had throughout the process and was always here when he said he would be. Can't say enough good about Travis and this company! We'll definitely use them again!

As for the company I was disappointed with those that were supposed to be in charge. There seemed like a lot of time with nothing getting done, poor communication and then maybe a power struggle with 2 men who are no longer there. The stars are for the company as a whole.nThey need to get more help and people who know their jobs and what they supposed to be doing their jobs.nI would like to thank Jimmy Frampton for all his help finishing my dads flood restoration. He was off the job for 2 months but when he came back he worked hard to get the project moving and completed. He stayed in contact with me every day for what would be happening and if there were changes he was good to work through them with me. They need to more people like him. Richard and Danny also helped to finish the job.

James Frampton with Elite Restoration was great to work with. He cared about his work, took his time and was very clean and organized and very detail oriented. He communicated well, and kept me updated on the project. I would definitely have James come back and work in my home.
