Cielo Apartments

Since the first day I’ve moved in, (9/15/2020) I’ve had issues. To begin, they didn’t even give me all my keys to access to extra around the complex. I pay for security alarm system, yet they never gave me a code to access the setup. The first 10 minutes of me being in my apartment unit, the ac vent fell off the ceiling. Luckily I wasn’t standing underneath it. The following week, that same vent began leaking water and bucket fulls of it. I called to complain and they told me to clean the water and someone will come when they can. It took days and I wasn’t able to use my AC even thought it was 110 degrees outside. A few weeks later, water was flooding into my kitchen from the unit on the other side. Someone came, tore the floor up, cut wholes in the walls and left it like that for TWO months. For two months I was tripping over the torn up floor and living with big wholes in the bedroom wall and bathroom ceilings til someone finally came and fixed it but still left it unfinished. My hot water takes 20 minutes to kick in and sometimes it never does. I’ve complained, they said they fixed it but now I’m paying extra money to keep the water running so I can take a decently warm shower. EVERY single day EARLY in the morning, there are working hammering the walls. WHY are workers keeping me up in the morning yet this apartment runs terrible??? I don’t even like to submit maintenance requests because they take AGES to get back to you.I 11/10 would NOT recommend this complex to anyone.

Cielo is a great living community, with plenty ofnActivities indoor,and out door,mini arcade,nComputer access for all your inquired resources,nAnd much more.nThe office representatives have great customernService skills, all staff members are helpful,nAnd easy to understand when answering anynDoubt,or question you have.nAll Cielo representatives, and staffnDeserve a raise .

pretty loud complex (but it’s a big complex in a big city what can you expect) . getting a hold of the management is pretty difficult, especially moving from out of state it was very frustrating I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, but when you do get a hold of them they are very nice. The customer service is great. Takes some time to solve issues. does a great job keeping landscape maintained. Also a good job letting us know if maintenance is being done via email. Neighbors are very nice. Rent is cheap but they add on a lot of services you are required to pay for, so watch out for that. Definitely not luxury but it’s a good enough place for the price.

Great place to live. I been here 4 years and i loved it here. The new staff, David Mignogna and Sophia are very nice people. They resolve residents problems. Any time something spoil in your apartment, they come on time to get it fixed. Don't listen or read negative comments. Come and experience for yourself. I just moved to Cielo Apartments from out of state. I had no idea what the apartments looked like or located. I stopped at Cielo after looking at another near by property. When I arrived at Cielo I was greeted by Sophia. She invited me in and asked what type of unit I was looking and for etc.. She showed me a model one bedroom apartment and explained how mine would differ seeing that I was looking for a balcony and not a patio. The unit was very nice it actually appeared larger than what I expected and the kitchen was upgraded with white cabinets, black and white granite, brushed nickel pulls and goose neck faucet and a very deep double stainless steel sink. I like to cook so this was perfect. The kitchen also housed a ton of storage including a stacked double door pantry.nSophia made the process seamless for me I told her I was wanting that unit it was perfect. The next morning she called me and told me that I could move in that day! Thank you Sophia and the entire Cielo team.
