Great Clips all depends on WHO you get when your are there. Most of the employees are straight out of school and haven't perfected their talent yet. If you need something simple, they are usually fine. But if you have weird hair (lol) or want something complicated, ask for an employee that's been there the longest!

I love this great clips! I always leave satisfied with their work. I don't know much hair terminology so I struggle to describe what I want, but they always figure it out and give me what I want. I usually just walk in to make an appointment and sometimes they get to me right away while other times there's about a half an hour wait. I use this wait time to run other errands and come back just in time. I would highly recommend this place for their price and good service.
The woman that did my hair was very kind. She double checked the way I wanted my hair cut before cutting any off. There was a small wait but they still got me in sooner then I had expected.
Wait time was not long at all in and out type of thing
