It was quiet despite it being a weekend visit. Very helpful staff and very organized floor. I took my mom shopping and she was helped as she needed and enjoyed her time there.
This has got to be my favorite store to find my type of style. Though... I'm a plus sized woman and their plus size section is too small. Also when there isn't a sale going on their clothes are quite expensive. Edit 11/5: they made the plus section even smaller by shoving in more petite clothes. I don't think I'm going to shop here anymore for awhile. Edit 2/17/20: they're removing the plus size section. I'm never coming back to shop here again.
Great picks for any season
This is probably my favorite Forever 21 location!! The staff are so nice, friendly, and helpful! Also the prices are very reasonable! Will definitely be shopping here again :)
Great customer service! Sofia and Luis helped me find exactly what I was looking for! They spent almost two hours with me to find the right outfit. The store was very organized and clean, the fitting room associate was very attentive asking if I needes additional sizes, and more! Good job!
