Built a house with them recently.nnPROS:nBeautiful HomennCONS:n1)Doors and cabinets from Mexico that are not properly stained. (Door cracked in months) (Cabinets within the year, they claimed because Rocky points is high moisture, well thats not the customers problem)n2)Never responsive (Months to fix a problem, if at all fixed.n3)Refused to take responsibility and blamed you for things that went wrong that means no warranty fixes.n4)Claimed to be better than Esplendor but they use the same people to build homes.n5)Cheap batted insulationn6)Faulty electricityn7)Concrete cracks that they refused to fixn8)Extremely forgetful, had to check on contruction daily and pointed out many mistakes and things missing.nnI would go with Esplendor which uses the same materials from the same place with the same workers and charge way less. Many houses had the same problem i had. Buyer beware. Do your research!nnand no i don't want to be contacted, a handy man fixed all your errors.
