Super friendly staff! As always a great job. It seemed as though the wash did a way better job than other locations of Quick Quack not sure why, but very happy with this one. Very clean and neat, I'll be back

Road trip from Chicago so accumulated lots of dirt and grime especially windshield. Truck needed a quick clean, found this wash and was friendly greeted by young man who was running both outdoor check in and car entry into automated carwash. Was given a free small self enclosed wipe and selected basic car wash. We were pre-sprayed with a cleaning solution on the front and back of our truck (by same young man) and went thru the wash process which actually did a great job cleaning the vehicle (we have window visors and the wash actually cleaned them better than our usual car wash at home). Car comes out glossy like a show car. Best car wash ever.
How is a carwash going to operate properly without vacuums?!?! The associate taking the money should be informing people the vacuums are down rather than people finding out the hard way. The vacuums were literally the only reason I even spent money to wash a RENTAL car. No communication regarding the vacuums at all is bad customer service. Will not ever return to this location despite it being less than half a mile from my home.
