I drive for Lyft, so having a clean car is extremely important. I got the full throttle wash for $10. My car is worse after the wash.nnThe wash left hard water spots all over my car. Which are clearly visible with my black car. I approached the manager to let him know and to seek a refund, so I might try a different car wash. The manager refused to refund me stating he couldn’t issue one and then offered to run my car threw again. I would not take him up on that offer simply because it most likely would leave even more hard water spots on my car.nnDo yourself a favor, there are cheaper and better car washes in the area. Steer clear of this one.
They've raised prices, but forgot the customers. Used to get dash wipes, not any more. I don't feel the staff could assist you if there's a problem. Robots would be better. UPDATE 3/17/2021 I went back to see if reviews help...guess what, they do. Staff was more enthusiastic and very professional. Thank you.
