Outstanding customer service! I recently purchased a home and the last owner said she's only used Robert W. Speirs Plumbing for the last 30 years, so naturally I decided to give them a try. Nick came out for an annual furnance/radiant floor heating service call within just a few days of calling them. He was on time and very professional. The company also sent me a thank you card. Top notch...I highly recommend this company!
I have had Speirs Plumbing do work for me over the years many times. It has always been fair and honest work done right and at great prices. Years ago, on the first job we ever had them help us with, we needed an old sink from a wet bar removed during a remodel. I called one of the bigger advertisers on TV companies and was quoted over $400 and met with strong arm sales tactics. I hadn't heard of Speirs but called them for a second opinion bid and they said it would just be their hourly rate... at the time... less than $100. I have now had them work on many projects... including major work to replace the pipes to the road and have always been impressed with their prices, work ethic, and timelines. This is no matter who the person is that comes to our home... so you know it is a culture thing in the organization. They make sure their values permeate across the team! I love this company!
It has been my pleasure to have Robert W. Speirs as my plumber for the past 18 years. I work in residential real estate and I have referred many clients over to years to Robert Speirs Plumbing and they have always been professional, on-time and completed their job very well. I also own several rental properties and I would never consider allowing anyone else to make plumbing repairs on my properties. They have also completed several jobs on my personal home over the years and have always been a pleasure to work with. Great service honest price
Speirs installed the plumbing for our kitchen remodel. The plumber was pleasant and professional but did not connect the electrical connections to our disposal or to the dishwasher. I don't know if that is standard practice or not, but I ended up doing it myself. The plumbing was done properly with no leaks at a fair price.
