Our water heater went out Friday night so we decided to try and use thumbtack after getting some high quotes from other companies. Northridge plumbing messaged us within 30 min, gave us a quote for a much more competitive/fair price and came Saturday morning and took care of everything. Seriously we couldn’t have picked a better plumber. We will be using them going forward for other jobs. Couldn’t be happier!
The guys I worked with at Northridge Plumbing & Heating were top notch. In fact, they are - hands down - the best plumbers that I have ever worked with. They are honest, fair, on-time, professional and experienced. They communicate well and they are definitely experts in their field.
I called and got Brian. Though he's a nice guy he came over for a quote but didn't bring the tools he needed to look into the plumbing so he asked me to call him a week later. I called and texted with no response. Over a month later I called him again and he answered then told me to look elsewhere because he was just too busy with new construction projects. Very disappointed.
Very polite, professional, and skilled. He was prompt and let me know everything before starting the job. Will definitely call him again for future work.
I called Northridge after starting to work with a different plumbing company. We had a horrible experience with the other company, the company said one thing on the phone but it was completely different when they came to the house. My wife stayed home from work to show them what needed to be done and all they did was give an estimate and leave when we were scheduled to have the work done! So we fired them and hire a Great Company! I spoke with Brian and he came right out and took a look at what we needed. He delivered on what he promised, did a great job and didn't give us the run around. We are new to the area but we now know when we need a plumber who we will be calling. Give them a call, they are great!
