Steve was amazing. We had to move very quickly and he went out of his way to ensure we found our dream home. He knew the market and what would benefit us the most. He advocated on our behalf and was able to build great rapport with the sellers agent. We closed early and felt that even in a sellers market we were able to do what we needed to have a great future in this house. Steve and our lender worked tirelessly to make sure the timing was perfect. His knowledge and sincere tenacity are what is needed from an agent.

Steve Thomson has been so great to work with and has helped us reach our dream of building our own house. We had to sell a small condo in order to purchase a new home and he has helped us through every step. We are so grateful that the condo is now sold and the sell was seamless. He did a lot of work marketing and getting that property out there. He is very knowledgeable and helps buyers and sellers understand what their options in are in the mortgage industry. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thank you Steve for helping us sell our condo and now to wait for our dream home to be built!

Steve has been fantastic to work with. Although he has many clients, he was always available and made us feel as though we were his only clients. Steve has a lot of experience and did a great job guiding us through the building process. His experience and insight helped him anticipate new construction pitfalls and his negotiating skills helped them work to our advantage. He also had great suggestions for finishes and upgrades that we love but never would have thought of. Steve loves his job and is really great at it. He genuinely wanted the best for us. We would recommend him to everyone.

We just got into our first home and are so excited! Steve went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. He was able to answer all of our questions from beginning to end. I'm so glad we had him with us going through each house. He was able to look at things in ways I never would have. He was open and honest and knew what he was doing.
