Wes helped me find a location for my business. With as specific as I was about my need he went above and beyond on finding a place. Never once did he waiver or get frustrated with situations that arose and he handled everything with the upmost care and diligence and was able to negotiate far better than I had even imagined

Wes and his team were fantastic in helping me purchase a home. From the beginning of the process to the end, I felt that Wes was a zealous advocate for me in ensuring that I found the right place to fit my needs.nnWes and Eric were available and responsive to get showings and keep me up-to-date on new lists.nnWhen I was shown a home by either Wes or Eric, I knew that I was going to have someone that was going to point out the benefits and disadvantages of the home. I never felt like I was being rushed into trying to go under contract. Instead, they were both more interested in finding the right fit, not getting a quick commission.nnI got great advice from both of them when I decided to put in my first offer. Wes really pushed hard in negotiating on my behalf and gave me good advice to not pursue the place when the numbers weren't right.nnWes had great knowledge of local builders and was really connected with other agents. Wes' knowledge and connections ended up helping me find the perfect fit for my needs.nnOnce we went under contract, Wes' continued to be responsive and active in helping me ensure that we closed. He negotiated necessary changes to the REPC that made it possible to ultimate close.nnI will use Wes and his team to sell or purchase a home in the future. I will refer others to them to get the same expert help that I received.

I wish I found them earlier!nWes and his team gave me unsolicited and knowledgeable advice even though we were locked into a contract with another realtor.nFantastic guys who really went out of their way for me even when they weren’t going to get the sale on our place!nAggressive, honest, and strong work ethic.

Wes is very knowledgeable and down-to-Earth guy. Wes helped me selling my old home and buying a new house I love. Wes was by far the best realtor I have worked with (I had three in the past). Wes will make sure you get to see the houses in your list and advice pros and cons on each property, so you also make an informed decision when buying. Wes is won't let you down. Thanks Wes!

Wes was awesome to work with! He made sure everyone was on the same page and working as a team so that we could meet a very tight settlement deadline (8 business days to be exact). He was very hands on and responsive throughout the process, and I would highly recommend him - especially when you're dealing with new construction.
