Eric and his business partner Wes were fantastic in helping me purchase a home. From the beginning of the process to the end, I felt that Wes and Eric were zealous advocates for me in ensuring that I found the right place to fit my needs.nnWes and Eric were available and responsive to get showings and keep me up-to-date on new lists.nnWhen I was shown a home by either Wes or Eric, I knew that I was going to have someone that was going to point out the benefits and disadvantages of the home. I never felt like I was being rushed into trying to go under contract. Instead, they were both more interested in finding the right fit, not getting a quick commission.nnI will use Wes and Eric to sell or purchase a home in the future. I will refer others to them to get the same expert help that I received.

My wife and I had only been married a few months when Eric helped us find a home. We should not have been happier with the experience. As first time home buyers we weren’t really sure what to do and how everything went, but Eric is very knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my closest friends and family. We will use Eric as our go to realtor for the future as well

Eric is awesome! He is more than just a realtor, he genuinely cares about you and the decisions you are making when it comes to buying a home. He is never hesitant to get you information when you ask for it, will always have an answer to your questions, and works hard at making your home buying process as smooth as can be! Would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Eric was a Godsend to our family. Finding a home within budget in today's market was crazy intense! There are plenty of hard working people out there but what sets Eric apart that he really made us feel like we were a long time family friend. He had us and exactly what we hoped for in a home figured out almost immediately as if he knew us all along. He was extremely personable, and fun to work with. Even my kids would get excited to go look at houses with Eric! I cannot express how much we LOVE the home he worked so hard to find for us and we wouldn't be here without him! Very highly recommended!
