I called Knighton and the guys were out the same day to replace my water heater. First impression was very good: nice truck, uniforms, booties, masks. Josh and his helper had good attitudes and professional. Protected my stairs/floors with drop cloth. They added an expansion tank which will extend the life of my new water heater and be up to code. The charge was very reasonable. I would use them again!
Through the years we have called on Knighton Plumbing to help us on numerous occasions - hot water heaters, a new soft water system, and most recently to replace a kitchen garbage disposal. Every time we’ve needed help they’ve been there for us. Their prices are excellent and their work is superb. They are clean, friendly, and explain exactly what they do. We found a leak late Friday night. Called these guys Saturday morning and they were super helpful in helping us find a reliable restoration company who could come out that day and assess things. When it became apparent that we needed a plumber ASAP they were quick to respond. Very professional. We would definitely call them again.
Josh was super! He knew exactly what to do with several of my problems with a “flip” home I recently purchased. He even got rid of an old water softener and container that I wasn’t using and referred me another company to help with some water damage repair I need. He was quick and his work was competent! Great service! Fixed leaky tub faucet, replaced bathroom sink faucet, replaced toilet handle. All are working great! Would highly recommend.
