I paid in full for a washer dryer set the dryer has a indented deep scratch for brand new I would expect better. Delivery company wasn't taking blame I know I didn't damage it. All the vernal lowes offered was a 10% discount. Or I could return the dryer and be without one until April when a new one comes in. That is not really fair for the customer. I bought new I work hard for my money I expect new. I will pay extra somewhere else next time. Apparently you need to make sure your product is in expected condition before it leaves the store and you're better off being your own delivery person.

My wife always has me doing some DIY project and the most recent project required a trip to Lowe’s. We live in an area where we could go to Vernal or to the Wasatch front, and be the same distance. Today I’m happy we chose to go to Vernal. The guys and girls there help more than they’ll ever know. Shout out to Bob who helped with the wood, that guy is a machine. Shout out to Rusty in the paint department helping me understand what I needed. And shout out to the gal at the register (didn’t catch her name) but she was extremely patient with me and my kids. By far the best help and experience I’ve ever had in any Lowe’s across the state of Utah! These people are great at their jobs!

Walking the high vaulted isles of this wonderful edifice brings a special joy to my heart, igniting a flame of ingenuity. The inumerable possibilities in construction and home improvement is breathtaking. I never leave this place with a regret. Rather I have at times found myself pondering about going to visit even though I don't need any particular thing. The costumer service is spectacular and the products even better. What a wonderful place to go.
