Neighborhood Cleaners

I would soon rather drive to Roosevelt to find a dry cleaner. I dropped of my sons suit and daughters dress. I had my sons ordination for teacher this weekend and and they stated out of the blue on Saturday when I called to confirm if thing where ready. They stated it would be ready until the following Monday due to the people who actually clean the clothes aren't working right now. If I would have known that I wouldn't have brought the clothes in. So now after I picked up the clothed I am trying to make sure they are some clean lint free and nice smelling so my son isn't embarrassed at his ordination. I am definitely not coming back and wouldn't recommend there service to anyone.

I had a concert dress cleaned, a prom dress with some sequins that were repaired. They were both came out beautiful! The price was lower than I thought it would be? They were kind and quick. I definitely trust them with all clothing and even a wedding dress that needs to be cleaned; furthermore I love the convenience of where the service is at with a drive through. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. They lost my favorite dress and the owner argued with me for several minutes on the phone and would not listen to me until I made it clean that I had evidence of bringing 4 items in and only received 3 back, at which point he backpedaled and informed me that my profile had been edited. It was originally inputted into their system that I had brought in 4 items and then later changed to say that I had only brought in 3. He has not tried to contact me again and after 2 months of trying to get my dress back, I have not heard anything about it. I have heard about 30 other similar stories from friends and family. I will never do business with Neighborhood Cleaners again.

Great service. My husbands suits were ready the same day and looked amazing. They are super easy to work with and have a drive up. I recommend them for sure.

$22 to hem a pair of pants? I know I should have asked BEFORE leaving the pants. What an unpleasant surprise, for that much money I could have bought a nee pair of pants.
