This is the best auto shop in the area, with a surprising large parts inventory. The shop owner was very knowledgeable and stayed after hours to get my truck back on the road, I would highly recommend him and his shop!
We had an electrical problem on our 2018 F 350. We were referred to Gary from someone in Hanksville. We made it to Loa and talked to Gary. Even though he was slammed with work, he took a few minutes to diagnose our problem, explain what was going on, and got us on our way. The service was prompt, friendly, and informative. If you are in the area, I would not go anywhere else.
Gary the shop owner was very knowledgeable and helpful, and even helped us out after hours.
Went here because my vehicle was overheating coming over the pass. Stopped because they're the only mechanic in town. Clearly based upon their service they're aware of this fact and have absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. On top of that I wasn't the only customer in the store who was being mistreated. Decided damage to my vehicle would be better than staying in their presence. Left and will not be back, if you have ANY option other than this place I suggest you take it. Nothing but unprofessional service agents at this location.
Great costumer service. And most of what you need, tires shop and more. Small town country feel. Love it.
