Hector and the receptionist I spoke to (so sorry I don't remember your name!) were both exceptionally friendly and easy to work with, and when he arrived he was very much professional and explained to me what he was doing as he was checking my heater. The whole diagnostic and repair was quick and painless, and I was genuinely expecting a much higher bill. Overall amazing experience

Tech was great! Very knowledgeable and very polite. Fixed the problem in a metter of minutes. Now just waiting for a quote on ac installation. I hope its cheaper then the one I just got.nnWell its been over a week and still haven't had anyone contact me to give me a quote on ac installation. Bummer

I actually fixed the issue before Arellano coming out, so they didn't actually do work for me, but Hector was very professional, called me back, offered support free of charge over the phone, and seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Totally doing business with this company in the future!!!
